I, the undersigned, hereby grant Zing Bungee Fitness and its legal representatives, successors, and assigns, irrevocable permission to take, use, and publish photographs and/or videos of me and my minor child(ren) taken during training sessions and special events, including the Mom and Me and other special classes.
1. Scope of Use
You grant permission for photos and videos taken during training to be used for educational and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
Official studio social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
The Zing Bungee Fitness website and blog.
Marketing emails and digital newsletters.
Printed brochures, studio flyers, and advertisements.
2. Terms of Agreement
Ownership: I acknowledge that all media captured remains the property of Zing Bungee Fitness.
Right to Edit: I grant the studio the right to edit, crop, or enhance the photographs and videos at their discretion.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this release and am over the age of 18. As the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) listed above, I grant permission on their behalf.
